Return Policy for JG Custom Signs

At JG Custom Signs, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality customized signage. Due to the nature of our products, our return policy mainly applies to cases where there is an error on our part. Below are the details of our return policy:

Return Eligibility:
We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are incorrect or defective. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if there is an error in the product, such as incorrect information or design, or if the item is damaged.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at hello@jgcustomsigns.com and provide information about the issue. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Addressing Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you find any defects, damages, or errors, contact us immediately at hello@jgcustomsigns.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the customized nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns for items that are not incorrect or defective. However, please feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item due to an error on our part, please follow the return process mentioned above. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the corrected item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. However, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at hello@jgcustomsigns.com.
